The use and maintenance of tape

1. The tape should be stored in the warehouse to avoid the sun and rain. Ban on contact with acid and alkali oil, organic solvent, keep clean and dry, found from device 1 m, room temperature between 15 ℃ and 40 ℃.

2. The tape should be placed in a roll, not folded, and should be turned over once every season for too long.

3. When loading and unloading conveyor belt, it is better to use crane, use and have the cable of the beam to smooth the lifting, avoid damage to the belt, do not be unreasonable, and cause loose roll.

4. The type of adhesive tape shall be reasonably selected according to the requirements and specific conditions.

5. No different varieties, different specifications, sizes, strength, and cloth layer number of tape connections (with groups) shall be used together.

6. It is best to use hot vulcanization adhesive to improve the reliability and maintain high effective strength.

7. The minimum diameter of the conveyor roller and the diameter of the conveyor belt should meet the relevant regulations.

8. Do not make the tape or creep of the tape, keep the roller, the upright roll flexible, the tensioning force should be moderate.

9. When the conveyor is equipped with baffle and cleaning device, it should avoid wear and tear on the tape.

10. Cleanliness is the basic condition for the good operation of the belt. Foreign matter can affect the eccentric, tension and even fracture of the belt.

In the case of early damage to the tape in use, the cause of the damage should be found in time to repair and prevent the occurrence of adverse effects.
